Join the University of Toronto as an Associate Director, Development, for a 6-month term within the Henry N.R. Jackman Faculty of Law. Enhance donor engagement to support vital academic initiatives.
This position within the renowned Jackman Faculty of Law focuses on expanding donor contributions through strategic engagement and stewardship. The successful candidate will have a strong background in fundraising, especially in managing relationships with major gift donors, and will play a crucial role in achieving the Faculty’s advancement goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with current and potential donors about giving

• Develop initiatives for prospect cultivation and solicitation

• Propose strategies to secure financial commitments

• Lead proposal efforts in the advancement portfolio

• Create and implement donor management strategies
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications

• 6-7 years of related fundraising experience

• Track record of major gift development

• Experience supervising staff and managing volunteers

• Strong communication and analytical skills
