Associate Manager, Corporate Partnerships

Covenant House is seeking a full-time Associate Manager in Corporate Relations to lead donor management and acquisition strategies. You will collaborate across departments and develop customized proposals to engage corporate partners and enhance ongoing support.
Your role will focus on nurturing a portfolio of donors, ensuring funding aligns with the mission to empower youth in need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of 150 corporate donors
• Solicit donations and facilitate gift agreements
• Develop recognition plans in collaboration with the Stewardship Manager
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks for Corporate Relations
• Host donor tours and Lunch and Learn programs
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in fundraising or related field
• Proven success in achieving fundraising goals
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar CRM
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access preferred
