Shape the future of the Ontario Science Centre in Toronto as Director of Development and Partnerships. This full-time role is focused on strategic donor engagement and partnership growth.

The Ontario Science Centre is hiring a Director to spearhead its philanthropic initiatives and enhance community partnerships. Your leadership and strategic insights will initiate major fundraising campaigns, aligning donor interests with organizational goals to drive significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and partnerships team to achieve financial targets

• Lead the execution of the fundraising strategy

• Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and community partners

• Manage annual and multi-year operational plans

• Conduct financial reporting and donor stewardship

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in fundraising and partnership management

• Experience in a unionized work environment

• Strong skills in budget management and resource planning

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Ability to navigate complex negotiation processes
