Youth Volunteer Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop volunteer opportunities with non-profit partners

• Maintain organized documentation of volunteer activities

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in relevant field preferred

• At least two years of job coaching or outreach experience

• Valid Ontario driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Experience engaging with youth from diverse backgrounds

• Excellent relationship-building skills
