Bike Share Community Engagement Specialist

Reporting to the Director, Bike Share and Micro-Mobility, this role aims to achieve over one million unique customers aligned with BST’s 2030 Growth Strategy. You will focus on activating the customer base, designing campaigns for membership growth, and building strong relationships with local organizations. Collaborating with various teams, you’ll ensure all initiatives meet brand and customer experience objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Activate current members to drive advocacy and usage
• Create and implement community engagement strategies
• Cultivate relationships with advocacy groups and institutions
• Execute joint campaigns for measurable results
• Analyze engagement data to refine strategies
Requirements:
• Degree in business management or similar
• Minimum five years in partnership or community engagement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Time management and critical thinking expertise
