Manager of Major Gifts at TRCA

Key Responsibilities:

• Create major gift business plans to meet TRCA’s objectives

• Supervise a portfolio of donors capable of giving $100K+

• Drive the solicitation of high-value gifts and multi-year pledges

• Track revenue forecasts and performance metrics

• Prepare tailored proposals and stewardship communications
Requirements:

• Degree in Business or related field

• Over 5 years of fundraising experience

• Proven history of closing major gifts

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Knowledge in donor lifecycle and fundraising strategies
