Position: Amnesty International Donor Stewardship Role
Support the mission of Amnesty International Canada as a Donor Stewardship Associate. This full-time hybrid role emphasizes donor relationship building and monthly fundraising initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have three years of experience in donor relations or fundraising and a strong commitment to anti-oppression principles. Based in Toronto or Ottawa, your focus will be on executing stewardship plans for monthly donors while collaborating on broader fundraising strategies. Your analytical skills will help improve retention and engagement rates effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly donor stewardship and engagement activities

• Develop personalized updates and recognition materials for donors

• Support general fundraising campaigns and events

• Analyze donor data to enhance engagement strategies

• Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions
Requirements:

• Degree in fundraising, communications, or related degrees

• At least three years of relevant donor relations experience

• Strong skills in storytelling and digital communication

• Knowledge of CRM systems and donor databases

• Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in everyday tasks
