Drive corporate philanthropy at LOFT Community Services as the Senior Manager of Grants and Corporate Donations. This hybrid role centers on building impactful donor relationships.
This position involves working in Toronto, ON, where you’ll manage relationships with corporate and foundation donors to achieve critical fundraising objectives. You'll be responsible for the entire grant proposal lifecycle in partnership with the Vice President, Development, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Your focus will be on philanthropy sustainability through effective donor management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize corporate and foundation gift acquisition

• Develop compelling cases for support aligned with LOFT's strategy

• Manage and grow the donor relationship pipeline

• Conduct solicitation and stewardship meetings

• Collaborate on presentations for potential donors
Requirements:

• Proven experience in nonprofit fundraising

• Ability to secure gifts over $100,000

• Skill in relationship building with corporate partners

• Strong research prowess for donor prospecting

• Experience in cross-team collaboration
