Become a transformative leader at the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Canada as the Campaign Director for Light the Night. Drive growth in fundraising efforts through innovation and community outreach.
This role will see you collaborating closely with national leadership to implement strategic fundraising initiatives. With a focus on building and managing Executive Leadership Committees, you will engage with key stakeholders across the province. Your ability to inspire volunteers and forge partnerships will ensure significant funding for research and patient services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop executive fundraising leadership committees
• Drive success through ethical corporate partnerships
• Proactively cultivate relationships with high-tier fundraisers
• Lead and motivate volunteer fundraising teams
• Ensure excellent participant experiences at events
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of sales or fundraising leadership
• Proven fundraising success in peer-to-peer environments
• Expertise in team leadership and management
• Superior interpersonal and presentation skills
