In this full-time, hybrid role, you will oversee a $3 million portfolio and coordinate digital fundraising efforts. Your focus will be on developing innovative strategies, managing campaigns, and enhancing donor engagement. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving ambitious funding goals aligned with the KHP 2030 plan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead digital fundraising across multiple platforms
• Manage annual giving campaigns from concept to launch
• Monitor budget, revenue forecasts, and performance
• Provide insight through analysis of campaign results
• Foster donor relationships and stewardship initiatives
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in fundraising
• Relevant degree or diploma in marketing or fundraising
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Proficient in fundraising tools and analytics
