The Senior Coordinator will plan and execute community initiatives and events that resonate with UJA’s mission. Candidates should bring 3-5 years of relevant experience in event logistics, relationship management, and community mobilization strategies.
Your role will involve significant interaction with community leaders and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and execute community programs and events
• Oversee logistics, budgeting, and vendor management
• Foster relationships with donors and key stakeholders
• Manage volunteer recruitment and engagement strategies
• Collaborate on various community engagement projects
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in event or community management
• Preferred education in Public Relations or Community Development
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar engagement platforms
