In this hybrid role, you will work closely with the Vice President of Development to expand LOFT’s revenue through corporate and foundation partnerships. As a seasoned leader, you'll manage and guide the grants process, ensuring each proposal meets strategic and grantor guidelines. Your efforts will support LOFT’s mission to assist individuals with health and socio-economic challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with potential large donors
• Oversee grant application and reporting processes
• Manage donor acknowledgment strategies and recognition
• Collaborate on developing compelling funding proposals
• Monitor budget and revenue progress for grants
Requirements:
• At least 8 years of experience in fundraising
• Proven success in obtaining major corporate gifts
• Knowledge of fundraising software like Raiser’s Edge
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Valid driver's license needed
Utilize strategic insights to enhance LOFT’s fundraising efforts in Ontario and foster community wellness.
