In this senior leadership role, you will focus on developing and executing long-term mobilization strategies that enhance community capacity among the Greater Toronto Jewish community. Your expertise in activism and public affairs will empower you to build volunteer networks and activate community members on critical issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement grassroots mobilization strategies for community initiatives
• Foster and manage networks of volunteers and activists
• Lead significant community activation efforts for various campaigns
• Support training and development of volunteer organizers
• Establish collaborative relationships with local organizations
Requirements:
• 7-10 years of experience in community organizing or advocacy
• Proven track record in mobilization and activism
• Ability to lead teams and mentor volunteers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with Jewish communal institutions highly valued
