As a key member of the UJA team, you will oversee comprehensive data analytics operations that shape and refine UJA's fundraising strategies.
Your role will involve significant collaboration with senior leadership to translate data insights into actionable fundraising plans and performance metrics. Your ability to lead a dedicated team will ensure continuous enhancement of donor engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evolve the donor intelligence and analytics ecosystem
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
• Present strategic insights and recommendations to influence funding strategies
• Lead a cross-functional team focused on performance excellence
• Develop innovative approaches for prospect identification
Requirements:
• 7+ years in data analytics or fundraising strategy
• Experience mentoring teams in a nonprofit environment
• Mastery of predictive modeling and analytical frameworks
• Familiarity with CRM technologies like Salesforce
• Proficiency with donor intelligence tools such as iWave
