As a Senior Lead, you will report to the Director of Individual Donor Relations. Your focus will be on developing comprehensive giving strategies for annual and multi-year growth. This role emphasizes coaching a high-performing team and engaging closely with high net worth individuals to build strong, lasting philanthropic relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead major giving strategies for the organization
- Cultivate and solicit donors through a robust engagement cycle
- Mentor and coach fundraising team members to exceed their targets
- Prepare donor proposals and stewardship reports
- Collaborate on inclusive philanthropic strategies in alignment with equity goals
- 5-10 years of experience in major gift fundraising
- Robust communicator with proven relationship management skills
- Experience leading and mentoring a fundraising team
- Proficient with donor databases and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel within the Greater Toronto Area
