Reporting to the President & CEO, you will lead initiatives focusing on corporate social responsibility and revenue growth.
Your role will involve strategic planning to diversify revenue streams while maximizing impact and engagement with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a revenue generation strategy
• Identify and secure corporate partnerships aligning with mission
• Enhance philanthropic outreach and funding opportunities
• Contribute to sustainable revenue through innovative business models
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop engagement proposals
Requirements:
• 8-10+ years in business development or partnerships
• Degree in Communications, Business, or related fields
• Success in securing mission-aligned partnerships
• Experience with CSR and community investment
• Proficient in strategic planning and impact measurement
