Samaritan’s Purse Regional Manager

Become a key player at Samaritan’s Purse Canada as a Regional Manager for the Operation Christmas Child program in the Greater Toronto Area. Engage and develop volunteers to support spiritual outreach.
This full-time position focuses on fostering volunteer relationships, driving participation, and collaborating with local churches to expand the reach of OCC. As an essential part of the team, you will implement strategies that align with organizational goals while maintaining regular communication and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and mentor individual volunteers and teams

• Schedule community visits to promote volunteer initiatives

• Collaborate with Christian organizations to enhance participation

• Monitor and report on volunteer team objectives

• Act as a media spokesperson for OCC initiatives
Requirements:

• Strong alignment with Christian values and beliefs

• Degree or diploma in a related field

• Experience in public speaking and training

• Proven leadership and administrative skills

• Valid driver’s license for regional travel
