Banyan Software is on the lookout for a Head of Impact who can innovate and elevate its philanthropic efforts. This dual position requires an individual who can integrate social good with business success, focusing on education and sustainability.

Your role will include defining the Foundation's mission, building impactful programs, and enhancing internal and external visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Foundation’s visionary mission

• Lead budget planning and reporting frameworks

• Design programs that embed the mission company-wide

• Build partnerships to enhance community relations

• Measure and communicate social impact effectively
Requirements:

• 10+ years in corporate responsibility roles

• Strategic experience in foundation governance

• Strong financial management capabilities

• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills

• Advanced degree in business or related fields
