This full-time role prioritizes the development of community outreach strategies targeting civic engagement and public affairs. You will collaborate with volunteer networks while managing grassroots organizing campaigns and leadership programs tailored for community empowerment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective engagement strategies
• Recruit and coordinate volunteers and advocates
• Support grassroots organizing and mobilization efforts
• Manage outreach and relationship-building activities
• Oversee campaign logistics and volunteer tracking
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in grassroots engagement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Background in Jewish communal initiatives or nonprofits
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and engagement databases
