Position: Senior Philanthropic Manager at Range Group
Drive innovation in fundraising with Range Group by combining your passion for philanthropy and strategy development. Manage events and corporate partnerships to amplify social impact.
As Senior Manager, Fundraising, you will build a fundraising strategy across multiple Range companies, notably through Kensington Tours & Ensemble.

Your role encompasses integrating charitable giving into client experiences and leading fundraising initiatives that support both social good and community enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the One + One fundraising initiative's growth

• Integrate fundraising touchpoints within client journeys

• Create training resources for effective engagement by sales staff

• Oversee the delivery of impactful virtual and in-person events

• Optimize donation tracking and metrics for success
Requirements:

• 5-8 years of fundraising and partnership experience

• Proven track record of achieving revenue objectives

• Experience in event planning and audience engagement

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Familiarity with charitable regulations is advantageous
