As an Associate Manager for Corporate Relations at Covenant House, you will play a key role in enhancing corporate engagement and managing donor relationships. You will strategize on acquisition efforts while ensuring recognition for corporate partners. Your experience in securing multi-year commitments will be essential in growing the organization’s impact on youth services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Secure and manage multi-year donations
• Collaborate with teams for partnership opportunities
• Maintain accurate donor records using Raiser’s Edge
• Assist with the development of annual departmental plans
• Lead corporate tours and Lunch and Learn sessions
Requirements:
• 2+ years in fundraising or similar role
• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Solid track record in proposal development
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Experience in a fundraising environment preferred
