York minster Park Baptist Church is hiring a full-time Minister of the Congregation in Toronto. Lead with vision and provide impactful spiritual direction and preaching.
This key role within our ministerial team is focused on fostering spiritual growth and sustainability for our church community. Seek collaboration with various church leaders and actively engage with different denominations to broaden outreach and impact. Your preaching will resonate deeply with our diverse congregation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preach scripture-based messages to enhance spiritual life

• Lead initiatives that promote growth within the church

• Collaborate as part of the ministerial team for joint ministry

• Partner with church Boards for future vision and sustainability

• Strengthen ecumenical relationships with other faith communities
Requirements:

• Ordination recognized by a Baptist convention or equivalent

• Master’s degree in Divinity or Theology required

• Strong leadership experience within a church setting

• Excellent communicator in various formats

• Pastoral abilities with conflict management skills
