Position: Manager Employment Programs - Full Time
Drive change as the Manager of Employment Programs at Newcomer Women’s Services in Toronto. This full-time, in-person role is geared towards leadership in social impact.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of NEW's employment programs, guiding a dedicated team through a transformational journey. Your track record in the nonprofit sector and passion for data-driven decision-making will play a crucial role in enhancing service delivery and community partnerships. This position demands strong communication skills and a commitment to client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct all facets of Integrated Employment Services

• Formulate and track operational plans and goals

• Manage program budgets and oversee financial reporting

• Enhance team performance through effective leadership

• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with standards
Requirements:

• Five years of leadership experience in nonprofit sectors

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields

• Expertise in delivering employment programs

• Skilled in grant applications and fundraising

• Familiarity with Salesforce and CAMS preferred
