Direct the future of donor engagement as the Associate Director of Donor Stewardship at The Royal Conservatory. This role enables strategic crafting of stewardship experiences in a hybrid environment.
As a key member of RCM’s Stewardship team, you will lead the development and management of innovative donor recognition strategies. Collaborate across departments to ensure that stewardship efforts create meaningful connections with donors. This senior role requires a capacity for strategic thinking and relationship management in a not-for-profit context.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a multi-tiered stewardship program
• Collaborate on customized stewardship plans for key donors
• Manage execution of donor recognition events
• Engage personally with donors to understand their preferences
• Create compelling stewardship reports showcasing impact
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of experience towards management level
• Proven success in building donor relationships
• Prior experience in a major gifts environment
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
• University degree; CFRE designation is advantageous
