Position: Advancement Development Officer at UofT
Join the University of Toronto's Daniels Faculty as a Development Officer. Contribute to impactful fundraising initiatives while enhancing donor relationships in a dynamic, full-time role.

This position at the Office of Advancement requires a proactive Development Officer committed to advancing fundraising and stewardship priorities. You will collaborate with donors, alumni, and team members to create and implement effective donor-engagement strategies and contribute to successful recognition and retention efforts for annual and leadership donors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute donor management strategies

• Organize and implement engaging fundraising events

• Identify and cultivate prospective donors

• Draft compelling fundraising proposals

• Analyze donor trends to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum three years in philanthropy or fundraising

• Knowledge of donor relations and stewardship

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical skills for fundraising initiatives
