As a full-time specialist, you will work closely with the Major Gifts Team to deliver high-touch cultivation and stewardship activities. Your expertise will contribute to advancing major giving strategies and enhancing donor relationships through event management and personalized engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute high-impact donor cultivation events

• Design events aligned with major gift objectives

• Develop detailed event logistics and timelines

• Provide on-site delivery and support to ensure seamless execution

• Cultivate donor relationships through tailored event experiences

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Fundraising/Event Management

• 3-5 years of progressive experience in fundraising events

• Experience with major donor stewardship and engagement

• Exceptional professionalism and discretion in interactions

• Capability in utilizing CRM systems for donor records
