As part of a dynamic team, you will directly report to the Executive Director. Your responsibility will include developing a portfolio of individual and corporate donors to secure major gifts starting at $25,000. Emphasizing relationship building is crucial to ensure support for the Foundation's initiatives like scholarships and bursaries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a portfolio of key donors
• Execute tailored strategies for major gift solicitation
• Foster long-term relationships with stakeholders
• Collaborate on planning donor engagement events
• Keep comprehensive records and accountability of efforts
Requirements:
• Several years of experience in major fundraising
• Successful track record in securing significant gifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines
• Understanding of donor management systems
