Based in Toronto, this full-time position requires you to manage relationships with key donors and oversee grant applications and reports. Collaborating with the Development team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing diversity and inclusion strategies within the gallery. Your skills in project management and effective communication will ensure successful fundraising and community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive donor relationships to achieve annual funding targets
• Manage grant application processes and documentation
• Stay updated on funding trends and opportunities
• Track proposals and maintain donor records
• Act as a liaison at museum functions and committees
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in major gifts and grant writing
• Familiarity with foundation and government grant strategies
• Strong project management and communication abilities
• Experience in complex non-profit environments
• University degree or relevant background in arts
