In this role, you will play a critical part in welcoming and nurturing volunteers, helping them navigate their responsibilities and challenges. Collaboration with the Dog Volunteer Manager and the Volunteer Scheduler is key to maintaining effective scheduling and volunteer morale. The commitment of approximately 5-7 hours per week offers both remote and on-site work flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate clear communication with volunteers daily
• Ensure all volunteer shifts are covered systematically
• Support initiatives to recognize and value volunteers
• Collect feedback for ongoing improvements
• Provide orientation and assistance to new team members
Requirements:
