Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship

Join The Royal Conservatory as Director of Donor Relations and Stewardship, leading comprehensive donor engagement strategies. This hybrid role involves developing impactful recognition programs to enhance donor loyalty.
This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with advanced skills in donor stewardship and relationship building. You will manage all aspects of the stewardship program, working closely with the Development and Marketing teams to create enriching experiences for donors. A minimum of five years’ experience in a nonprofit environment is essential for successfully advocating RCM’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design a strategic stewardship program for donor segments

• Ensure impactful recognition and engagement activities

• Collaborate on donor communications and scholarship initiatives

• Guide volunteer contributions in major gift stewardship

• Analyze metrics to optimize stewardship strategies
Requirements:

• At least five years of experience in donor relations

• Capability to foster strong connections with stakeholders

• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills

• Proven success in planning donor engagement activities

• University degree preferred; CFRE certification is an asset
