Regional Manager for Volunteer Development

Join Samaritan’s Purse Canada as a Regional Manager focused on Operation Christmas Child in the Greater Toronto Area. Cultivate volunteer networks and encourage community support for outreach.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating volunteer recruitment, training, and engagement, aiming to increase the number of shoebox gifts sent globally.

Your role includes working closely with churches and other organizations to boost program awareness and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and train volunteers to expand program reach

• Develop strategic plans for regional volunteer growth

• Conduct visits to support volunteer initiatives

• Partner with churches to promote OCC values

• Report on team progress to the Calgary office

Requirements:

• Alignment with Samaritan’s Purse Christian values

• Relevant educational background or training

• Skills in volunteer management and public relations

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Willingness to travel across the Greater Toronto Area
