Position: Senior Fundraiser for Breakthrough T1D
Drive impactful fundraising strategies as a Senior Fundraiser with Breakthrough T1D in the Greater Toronto Area. Engage and build connections with donors while executing event goals.

As a Senior Fundraiser, you will focus on growing donor support through effective communication and organizational skills. This position is crucial for collaboratively executing regional fundraising strategies alongside the Development Manager and inspiring event participants to contribute to the cause.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to achieve event participation goals

• Collaborate on fundraising plans with the team

• Motivate event participants and current supporters

• Cultivate relationships with key donors and community members

• Maintain records of donor interactions using CRM

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of related fundraising experience

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

• Experience in peer-to-peer fundraising events

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Flexibility for regional travel
