Covenant House Toronto is hiring a Campaign Donor Writer in a hybrid full-time role to create impactful donor communications. Drive donor engagement through compelling proposals and reports, while supporting youth in need.

As part of the Development Services team, the Campaign Donor Writer is responsible for producing high-quality materials that enhance major donor relationships. This position focuses on the transformative redevelopment campaign, collaborating with major gift solicitors and other stakeholders. You'll contribute strategic insights to donor communication, making this a critical role in the campaign's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write proposals and cultivation materials for major donors

• Develop reports highlighting donor impact and contributions

• Translate campaign priorities into effective donor communications

• Coordinate content across teams for consistent messaging

• Maintain a library of campaign materials

Requirements:

• 3+ years in grant writing or fundraising communications

• Proven success with seven- and eight-figure gift proposals

• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities

• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM databases
