Planned Giving Manager at MSF

In this hybrid role, you will lead a diverse team including the Planned Giving Officer and PG Estates Officer, ensuring strategic growth and stewardship in the Planned Giving unit. Your expertise in nonprofit management will enhance donor acquisition and performance metrics while overseeing budget planning and compliance. Utilize your relationship management skills to navigate estate law and enhance data-driven fundraising strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage team operations and performance metrics for planned giving

• Lead engagement strategies and donor acquisition campaigns

• Oversee budget planning and strategy recommendations

• Mitigate estate distribution risks and compliance issues

• Collaborate on data-driven fundraising strategy improvements

Requirements:

• Background in nonprofit management or related fields

• Proven experience in planned giving fundraising

• Strong skills in donor engagement and marketing campaign management

• Experience with CRM systems and donor databases

• Proficiency in English;
French preferred
