With a minimum of five years in major gift fundraising, you'll identify, cultivate, and solicit donors capable of annual and multi-year contributions. Your responsibilities will include leveraging existing databases and pursuing new prospects while contributing to the team's revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and secure major gifts from new and existing donors

• Build and maintain a robust donor pipeline of 100+ prospects

• Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities

• Prepare successful grant applications to support initiatives

• Collaborate with senior volunteers for donor engagement

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of major gift fundraising experience
