Philanthropic Projects Lead at CAF

As the Philanthropic Projects Lead, you will oversee a portfolio exceeding $5M in funding for social purpose organizations. This position underscores the importance of knowledge in Canadian charitable regulations and diligence in intermediary project monitoring. Collaborate closely with the Managing Director and internal teams to facilitate impactful and compliant charitable endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage international intermediary projects with over $5M in funding

• Collaborate on due diligence processes with colleagues

• Review project reports for compliance and timely follow-ups

• Ensure disbursements align with funding schedules

• Support impact tracking and keep stakeholders informed

Requirements:

• Eligible to work legally in Canada

• 5–7 years in non-profit or NGO sectors

• Strong knowledge of CRA regulations

• Proven project and relationship management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
