Position: CEO, Loran Scholars Foundation - Greater
Lead the Loran Scholars Foundation as Chief Executive Officer in the Greater Toronto Area. This key role focuses on enhancing organizational impact, developing strategic vision, and fostering relationships.

The Loran Scholars Foundation is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to drive growth and national engagement starting Fall 2026. You will oversee a team of 16 staff and over 600 volunteers dedicated to identifying future leaders in Canada. Ideal candidates possess philanthropic experience and insights into the education sector, enabling them to cultivate relationships with university leaders and donors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic vision for character-driven leadership

• Engage with university partners and government stakeholders

• Lead fundraising initiatives and donor cultivation efforts

• Manage the Foundation’s financial health and budget

• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility in all operations

Requirements:

• Proven senior leader in nonprofit or education sectors

• Experience with donor relations and philanthropic growth

• Strong communication skills in both official languages

• Understanding of governance best practices

• Commitment to community engagement and service excellence
