Senior Annual Giving Coordinator at CIFAR

This position reports to the Senior Director of Advancement and centers on executing CIFAR’s Annual Giving strategy. You will coordinate donor acquisition, steward relationships, and support fundraising campaigns impacting individual, corporate, and foundation donors. Additionally, your operational excellence will ensure accurate donor records while facilitating impactful donor communications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Annual Giving fundraising strategy for varied donors
• Coordinate and support targeted fundraising campaigns
• Manage donor stewardship and relationship-building activities
• Prepare materials and proposals for sponsorship opportunities
• Maintain accurate donor records in the database
Requirements:
• 1–2 years in fundraising or donor relations
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning abilities
• Proficient in CRM database management
• Passion for CIFAR’s mission and goals
