Youth Pastor Church

Position: Youth Pastor at The Peoples Church
Lead youth ministry with The Peoples Church as an Interim Youth Pastor. This full-time role focuses on engaging, teaching, and mentoring Jr. and Sr. Youth, driving faith-forward initiatives every Friday and Sunday.

As part of the Congregational Life department, you'll oversee our youth programs for grades 6-12. Collaborating closely with the Children’s Pastor, you'll develop cohesive ministry strategies and organize exciting events. Your responsibilities will include pastoral care, youth outreach, and volunteer recruitment to foster a vibrant youth community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement youth ministry strategies

• Oversee and grow student engagement through programs

• Provide pastoral care in group and individual settings

• Lead weekly youth meetings that inspire action

• Mobilize volunteers to achieve ministry goals

Requirements:

• Deep faith in Jesus Christ and a passion for youth

• Minimum of 5 years in transitional or outreach ministry

• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills

• Proven ability to supervise volunteers and youth leaders

• Experience in diverse cultural environments
