As a Development Officer - Grant Writer, you will drive The Stop's grant fundraising initiatives. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling grant applications, conducting prospect research, and managing key funding relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to create persuasive narratives that align with organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and submit funding applications and reports

• Manage relationships with foundations and corporate funders

• Conduct research to identify new funding opportunities

• Collaborate with program staff for accurate program insights

• Maintain a grants calendar and track deadlines

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of grant writing experience

• Proven success in securing grants and managing relationships

• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Experience with fundraising databases and systems
