Associate Director Donor Engagement RCM

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee strategic stewardship programs for diverse donor tiers

• Create tailored stewardship plans with institutional leaders

• Plan and execute engagement events for donors

• Personally meet with donors to convey impact of contributions

• Collaborate on scholarship stewardship initiatives

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of relevant management experience

• Proven relationship-building skills with donors

• Successful leadership in major gift contexts

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills

• University degree preferred; CFRE designation is a bonus
