• Activate and deepen connections within the BST member base

• Formulate community engagement strategies aligned with growth goals

• Manage relationships with local organizations and advocacy groups

• Create compelling campaigns that foster membership growth

• Utilize insights for developing effective engagement strategies

Requirements:

• University degree or relevant diploma with five years of experience

• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills

• Proven track record of developing successful engagement campaigns

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Time management and project execution expertise
