Key Responsibilities- Oversee relationships with major donors
- Cultivate recent and existing donor opportunities
- Develop tailored fundraising proposals
- Attend local events to grow donor engagement
- Coordinate with teams for effective donor management
- Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline
- Five or more years of experience in fundraising
- Proven relationship management and communication skills
- Experience with donor databases like Raiser's Edge
- High level of strategic decision-making capability
