In this pivotal role, reporting to the Development Manager, you will utilize your fundraising expertise to build corporate relationships. With a focus on donor management and stewardship, you will work on proposals that align corporate philanthropy with Covenant House Toronto's mission. Your collaborative approach ensures successful partnerships that enhance youth support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop annual plans and budgets for corporate relations
• Manage a portfolio of 150 donor relationships
• Solicit donations, including upgrades and multi-year commitments
• Execute recognition plans for donors and prospects
• Support the Manager with administrative tasks and volunteer opportunities
Requirements:
• 2+ years fundraising or related experience
• Proven success in achieving fundraising targets
• Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge or a similar CRM
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Drive corporate partnerships and enhance youth services at Covenant House Toronto.
