Elevate CIFAR's impact as a Senior Coordinator, Annual Giving in a hybrid work environment. This pivotal role is designed for a fundraising professional eager to enhance donor relationships and engagement.
You will report to the Senior Director of Advancement, responsible for implementing Annual Giving strategies that attract individual, corporate, and foundation donors. This position demands exceptional attention to detail and an ability to foster relationships while ensuring vital donor records are maintained for optimal campaign success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute fundraising plans targeting diverse donor groups
• Support customized fundraising campaigns annually
• Collaborate on new donor affinity initiatives
• Prepare donor engagement and sponsorship materials
• Maintain accurate data within the donor management system
Requirements:
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in fundraising or advancement
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Proven organizational and planning capabilities
• Experience in managing donor databases effectively
• Curiosity about CIFAR's mission and objectives
Help CIFAR chart new paths in Annual Giving through innovative donor interactions and insights.
