Position: NCSY Program Coordinator for Teens
Engage and inspire Jewish teens as a Program Coordinator with NCSY in the Greater Toronto Area. Make a difference with hands-on programming and relationship-building in a hybrid role.

The Program Coordinator will work closely with Jewish teens to foster their identity and create transformative experiences. This role involves effective program planning, execution, and leadership to contribute to NCSY’s community impact. Expect to travel and participate in events, maintaining a strong presence in both programming and teen engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build ongoing relationships with Jewish teens

• Plan and coordinate NCSY programs, events, and retreats

• Facilitate activities during programs to enhance engagement

• Track student participation and program outcomes

• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Passion for engaging with Jewish youth

• Strong interpersonal skills for relationship-building

• Organized and adaptable in dynamic environments

• Willingness to work evenings and weekends

• Experience in program execution and planning
