Interim Youth Ministry Leader Position

Become the Interim Youth Pastor at The Peoples Church, driving youth engagement through discipleship and community outreach. This full-time contract mandates availability on Fridays and Sundays, lasting until October 2027.

As the key leader for youth in grades 6-12, you will implement mission-driven strategies to foster a passion for Christ among young people. Collaborate with various church departments to create impactful ministry events and provide spiritual direction and leadership development for youth and volunteers alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize youth outreach and involvement programs

• Lead Life Groups and student gatherings regularly

• Plan and execute retreats, mission trips, and events

• Equip volunteers through training and support initiatives

• Develop relationships with parents and community organizations

Requirements:

• Strong Christian faith in alignment with church values

• At least 5 years of outreach ministry experience

• Excellent organizational and communication capabilities

• Ability to foster youth leadership and volunteer engagement

• Familiarity with cultural and generational challenges
