Evaluation Manager

Position: Evaluation Manager at Right To Food
Lead impactful evaluation strategies with Right To Food as an Evaluation and Research Manager in Toronto. Drive community initiatives and partner with organizations focused on equity and social justice.

This temporary, full-time position involves developing evaluation strategies and leading hands-on implementation at Right To Food. You'll collaborate with diverse community partners, customize evaluation templates, and oversee data collection tools. Engage in training and capacity-building activities to further community food programs while ensuring strategies align with the organization's equity values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement evaluation strategies annually

• Customize logic models for diverse community food organizations

• Lead the design of the Community Food Centre Annual Program Survey

• Analyze and report evaluation findings to partners

• Facilitate evaluation training and workshops for community organizations

Requirements:

• 5+ years in evaluation within a non-profit setting

• Strong knowledge of mixed-methods approach

• Familiarity with logic models and theories of change

• Excellent analytical and reporting skills

• Commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion
