This full-time position involves directly engaging with community members, conducting strategic outreach, and planning impactful campaigns. Through structured training, you will learn how to facilitate events and promote social change within neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly engage communities to build and expand groups

• Teach organizing techniques to new members

• Partner with lead organizers for daily activities

• Conduct community fundraising efforts and sign-ups

• Attend essential training and staff meetings

Requirements:

• Training provided; no prior experience necessary

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
