Key Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and guidance to MNLC volunteers

• Develop and enhance volunteer processes and structures

• Act as a support point for volunteer concerns

• Mentor Volunteer Coordinators to maximize effectiveness

• Collaborate with staff to identify volunteer needs

Requirements:

• Experience leading volunteers in a nonprofit setting

• Strong communication and leadership skills
